VIEW & READ Rates and Pre-Booking information in our RENTAL BOOK IMPORTANT: We do not rent out theatres for prime shows (i.e. 7pm) on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. We can do 10 or 10:30am on those days only, some locations can do 10pm. For 7pm we can do Monday through Thursday only. IMPORTANT: We do not rent out theatres within 14 days. No exceptions. IMPORTANT: We receive and respond to entries Monday through Friday only, as the office is closed on weekends. Forms submitted Friday or over the weekend will not be received and added to the queue until Monday. Once a form is in our booking queue, a response typically takes 2-3 business days. Laemmle can book your private or public event, industry events, promotional screenings, press screenings, private parties, and even film shoots. We have also been qualifying feature films, documentaries, and shorts for Academy consideration for decades. We offer on-line and advanced ticket sales, beautiful concessions stand with wine and local beer options*, hot-food*, in-auditorium sound and HDMI options for Q&A's, livestreams, gaming, laptop connections for Zoom, etc. And potential newseltter and social media coverage, in-theatre marketing, and much much more.
